Katherine Vergara Fitness (KVF) is a health and fitness brand specializing in sports nutrition coaching. Her mission is to help men and women reach the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally. The science-based program supports participants in developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle over time.

KVF has an international reach due to founder Katherine Vergara's prominence as an influencer. Vergara graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and shares her knowledge with her community of over 27,000 followers across Instagram and YouTube. Her audience primarily lives in Latin America and the United States and ranges from 17 to 50 years old.

An organized site architecture

We introduced a new menu bar with categories to organize KVF services. To avoid confusing users, we separated Vergara's monthly memberships from her one-on-one coaching services and digital downloads. The new "Coaching and Programs" and "Memberships" categories are much easier for users to understand.

We designed a landing page with her two membership types, Standard and Premium, where users can join their preferred plan, from 2 months to a full-year subscription of her coaching services.

By utilizing visuals on this landing page, users were able to compare each plan's offerings and choose the best option for them. We also incorporated client testimonials, creating an emotional connection with a visual representation of KVF's client results.

Trust Boosters

We added trust boosters on many KVF pages to inspire more user conversions. Since testimonials help prove that a company has customers and can be trusted, KVF's lack of testimonials created a missed opportunity to convert customers directly on their site.

A highly customized website

We designed the new website on a restricted Content Management System (CMS) with a modern branding experience for their users.

Because KVF's audience is international and the vast majority speaks Spanish, the team had to customize the entire site’s messaging for Spanish- and English-speaking audiences, and not translate through a plugin.

A customized user experience for each landing page

Keeping in mind that KVF clients have different goals, needs, and key starting points on their fitness journeys, it was important to differentiate each service and program. We added multiple calls to action (CTAs) for each of their unique services to guide users to their ultimate destination.
